The Guam Product Seal (GPS) program was established in 1986 in an effort to stimulate economic opportunities on Guam by promoting the manufacturing of local products.  In 2012, an Executive Order transferred the authority of the program from the Department of Revenue and Taxation to GEDA.

With our unique seal, consumers are able to distinguish products that are authentically “Made in Guam”. Over the past 33 years, GPS permit holders have continuously progressed in our island economy. As a result of this success, businesses certified under the program have provided over 750 job opportunities to our island workforce and we see a strong presence of locally made products in our consumer market.
