    Post Date: 23-July-2014

Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 14-011 – For Professional Media Production Services for the Guam and Chamorro Educational Facility.

The Guam Economic Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as “GEDA”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Professional Media Production Services for the Guam and Chamorro Educational Facility (“GCEF”). Construction of the GCEF has begun under GEDA management as directed by the Office of the Governor of Guam (“OOGG”) pursuant to the June 15, 2011 Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) between the GEDA and the OOGG. The ultimate goal is that the Guam Museum captures the Guam and Chamorro journey through time, I Hinanao-ta, so that our people and visitors have the opportunity to learn about our unique nature, history and culture in story form. The role of the Media Production Professional is to implement the schedule of media software programs chosen to communicate the approved storyline for the Museum. The programs must be compatible with and optimize Audio Visual hardware systems identified in the Museum’s AV Hardware Specifications. GEDA invites firms to submit a proposal setting forth their qualification to provide professional media production services for the GCEF as described in this RFP. The selected firm will be responsible for providing media production services in an efficient, expeditious and effective manner. The GCEF is part of the Capital Improvement Program established by Public Law 30-228, which utilizes proceeds from the Hotel Occupancy Revenue Bonds, Series 2011A to fund various projects enumerated in the law.
