GEDA has an ongoing commitment to ensuring that the administration of its programs is conducted in accordance with applicable law.  GEDA Compliance and Internal Audit division has primary responsibility for implementing and managing the authority’s compliance effort for the Qualifying Certificate program and other special tax incentive programs as well as the federal and local lending programs that GEDA administers.
