The Administration and Operation Division is responsible for Accounting and Administrative Services which comprises of the Information Technology (IT) and Procurement for the Authority. The accounting section manages the Authority’s financial position through preparation and maintenance of the accounting records and transactions in accordance with management’s authorization and fiduciary responsibilities. This includes managing revenues, investments, and monitoring of cash flow. The IT section manages and supports the local area network which allows all personnel to access network resources such as internet access, printers, file storage and network applications. The procurement section manages the procurement and supply services for the authority in accordance with Guam Procurement Law.
