The Guam Economic Development Authority invites you to submit a proposal for Real Estate Broker Services. At various times the Guam Economic Development Authority (GEDA) has acquired real property through foreclosure. GEDA is best served by retaining a firm with expertise in professional real estate broker services to facilitate the sale of these properties on the open market following standard real estate practices. Therefore, GEDA is soliciting proposals from qualified Real Estate Brokers to perform the services of a listing broker. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
DETERMINATION OF NEED FOR EXCEPTIONAL TERM CONTRACT: Lot 1, Block 5, Tract 259 Tamuning, Guam
The Guam Economic Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as “GEDA”) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the lease availability of Lot Number Lot 1, Block 5, Tract 259, ET, Calvo Memorial Industrial Park, Tamuning, Guam consisting of approximately 3,702 square meters of undeveloped land (The Property).
The Property is located off Route 1 and adjacent to the ITC Building’s rear parking lot and Kontenda’s Gym. GEDA intends to negotiate a sublease agreement for the Property that allows a prospective developer to implement its proposed and approved development plans. The Property has potential for commercial or industrial use as it is located within the E. T. Calvo Memorial Industrial Park. GEDA intends to negotiate a lease agreement for the Property that allows a prospective lessee to utilize the Property for land uses consistent with the M-1 Light Industrial Zone designation.
